④ Requests for access or restriction of personal information processing may be limited under Articles 35(5) and 37(2) of the Personal Information Protection Act.
⑤ If personal information is required to be retained under other laws, deletion may not be requested.
⑥ The Company verifies the identity of individuals requesting access, correction, deletion, or processing restrictions.
7. Personal Information Destruction Procedures and Methods
The Company securely destroys personal information when the retention period expires or the purpose of collection has been achieved. The destruction procedures and methods are as follows:
① Destruction Procedure: Once the purpose of data collection is fulfilled, all collected personal information is immediately deleted and can no longer be accessed or used. However, data that must be retained under legal requirements will be stored in a separate database and will not be used for any other purpose.

Physical documents: Shredded or incinerated.

In compliance with Article 29 of the Personal Information Protection Act, the Company implements the following security measures:
① Establishes and enforces an internal management plan based on the "Standards for Personal Information Security Measures" (Ministry of the Interior and Safety Notice No. 2014-7).
② Minimizes the number of employees handling personal information and provides regular training.
③ Controls access to personal information systems through access authorization, modification, and revocation, and prevents unauthorized access using intrusion prevention and detection systems.
④ Retains system access logs for at least six months to prevent tampering, theft, or loss.
⑤ Encrypts stored and transmitted personal information and implements additional security measures for sensitive data.
⑥ Installs security programs to prevent data breaches caused by hacking or malware and conducts regular updates and inspections.
⑦ Establishes physical access control measures for the storage locations of personal information systems.
